About our text messages
Local Operator sends text messages to existing wholesale customers about their orders. These messages include order confirmations, order status, and replies to questions a customer has asked us.
This is one to one conversational messaging between us and our customers. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, ever.
How customers consent
Existing wholesale customers initiate conversations by texting an order or order related question to Local Operator. The customer's inbound message constitutes consent for Local Operator to reply about that conversation and order. It does not enroll the customer in marketing or unrelated recurring messages.
Messaging is available only to authorized representatives of licensed wholesale customers.
